About SPPMM
The Syndicat des professionnelles et professionnels municipaux de Montréal (SPPMM) represents around 3,000 members in Montreal's municipal public sector.
SPPMM chose Fortisia to organize its mobilizations and centralize communication with its members. With the app, managing strikes has become faster, more reliable, and easier to coordinate.
The Challenge
SPPMM contacted the Fortisia team on a Wednesday, for a strike planned the following Monday. With over 1,500 members expected in the field, they needed a reliable way to track attendance in real time, without relying on a manual or paper-based headcount at that scale.

The Solution
