What exactly is Fortisia?
Fortisia is a native mobile app for union communication, available on iOS and Android. It lets unions centralize their communications with members: push notifications, news feed, AI chatbot, strike management, and picket tracking. Data is hosted in Canada.
What's the difference between Fortisia and union management software?
Fortisia is a member-communication app, available on every member's phone. Union management software handles the executive's internal files: grievances, health and safety, finances. Fortisia covers what those tools don't: reaching members directly, in real time, wherever they are.
Is Fortisia a real app on the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. Fortisia is a native app you can download directly from the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android). A white-label version is available for unions that want their own app in their colours.
Is my data compliant with Bill 25?
Yes. All Fortisia data is hosted in Canada on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. It never passes through U.S. servers and isn't subject to the CLOUD Act. Fortisia meets Bill 25 requirements for data localization, access control, and traceability.
