Built for the field, Fortisia addresses a concrete need: giving unions a modern communication tool that is simple, effective, and fits how people actually work and connect today.

Our approach
Fortisia is the first step in a union’s digital transformation — combining mobile communication, collaboration tools, and artificial intelligence in one platform.
The platform draws on over ten years of hands-on experience working with union organizations, built notably through Uzinakod. That expertise — led by founder Dominic Feron — directly shaped how Fortisia was designed.
This approach was recently recognized by the Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec (FTQ), which represents more than 600,000 members. The FTQ chose Fortisia as its official technology partner and now recommends it to its affiliated organizations as a tool for member communication and engagement.
